Payment Options

In order to maintain our high standard of service, we require that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

We are able to securely store credit card information to ease future checkouts! If that is of interest to you, please let a team member know!

Shiloh Animal Hospital is happy to accept:

  • Cash
  • Check (with valid ID)
  • Debit Card
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • CareCredit
  • ScratchPay
  • Trupanion

CareCredit: When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Shiloh Animal Hospital understands this and accepts payment through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 monthly installments. You can apply yourself online at www.CareCredit.com/apply.

Scratchpay: Getting help with an unexpected veterinary bill has never been easier. Scratch leverages online data to quickly assess risk, determine a credit rating, and assign appropriate interest rates. Upon approval, your vet is paid and your pet gets the care they need. There are no hidden fees or retroactive interest charges – just simple, affordable options for pet owners in need.

Trupanion: We recommend that pet owners sign up for pet insurance. Pet insurance helps to ensure that your pet receives the care they need, when they need it. Most often, we recommend Trupanion to our clients. If you have any questions about Trupanion or are wondering if it’s right for your pet, give us a call and we’ll be more than happy to go over everything with you.

Pet Insurance

Pet insurance is a great option to make caring for your pet affordable, and ensure that they receive the care they need, when they need it. With most pet insurance plans, you pay the veterinarian up front and are reimbursed by your insurance provider after filing a claim. To compare pet insurance provider options, visit Pawlicy Advisor.
